1. Booking & Confirmation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

All tours must be booked in advance and are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Bayman Coast Touring Australia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking where operational requirements make it necessary.<\/p>\n\n

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, please contact Bayman Coast Touring Australia as early as possible.<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour departure date are eligible for either:\u00b7 a complimentary transfer to another available tour date; or\u00b7 a full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour departure date (including 7 days) will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time, late arrival, failure to attend (No Show), or inability to participate for personal reasons will be regarded as a voluntary cancellation and no refund will be provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • No refunds will be given if a guest is unable to participate due to personal reasons, including but not limited to illness, changes to travel plans, transport delays, or visa-related issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If Bayman Coast Touring Australia cancels a tour due to operational reasons or force majeure, including severe weather, marine safety concerns, temporary closure of Cockatoo Island, or official events, guests may choose either:\u00b7 a complimentary transfer to another available tour date; or\u00b7 a full refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    3. Weather & Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

    The safety of our guests is our highest priority.<\/p>\n\n

    Bayman Coast Touring Australia reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify any tour due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n

      \n
    • Strong winds, heavy rain, fog, or other severe weather conditions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Safety risks affecting harbour or ferry operations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Government restrictions, emergencies or unforeseen incidents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Temporary closure of Cockatoo Island due to official events, maintenance or management requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ferry timetable changes or other unforeseen operational circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      Bayman Coast Touring Australia accepts no liability for any additional expenses incurred, including accommodation, transportation, flights or other personal costs arising from a tour cancellation or schedule change.<\/p>\n\n

      If a tour is cancelled for any of the above reasons, guests may choose to:<\/p>\n\n

      • Transfer to another available departure date at no additional cost; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Receive a full refund of the tour fare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        Bayman Coast Touring Australia accepts no liability for any additional expenses incurred, including accommodation, transportation, flights or other personal costs arising from a tour cancellation or schedule change.<\/p>\n\n

        4. Meeting Time<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

        Guests are requested to arrive at the designated meeting point 10\u201315 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.<\/p>\n\n

        The ferry will depart promptly as scheduled and cannot be delayed for late arrivals. Guests who arrive late or fail to reach the meeting point on time will be regarded as having voluntarily forfeited their booking, and no refund will be provided.<\/p>\n\n

        5. Safety Guidelines<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

        To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please observe the following:<\/p>\n\n

        • Follow all instructions provided by your tour guide and staff at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Comfortable, non-slip walking shoes are strongly recommended, particularly during wet weather or on uneven surfaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Guests are encouraged to bring sun protection, hats, rain gear and drinking water according to weather conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Do not enter restricted or closed areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Do not engage in any behaviour that may endanger yourself or others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          Bayman Coast Touring Australia reserves the right to remove any guest from the tour without refund if they fail to comply with staff instructions or behave in a manner that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.<\/p>\n\n

          6. Health & Fitness Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

          This tour includes walking on Cockatoo Island. Some areas contain stairs, slopes, uneven surfaces and historic structures.<\/p>\n\n

          Guests should assess their own physical condition before booking. If you have limited mobility, a serious medical condition or special requirements, please contact us prior to booking so that appropriate advice can be provided.<\/p>\n\n

          7. Children<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

          Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the tour.<\/p>\n\n

          Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision, safety and behaviour of children during the entire tour.<\/p>\n\n

          8. Personal Belongings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

          Guests are responsible for the care of their personal belongings.<\/p>\n\n

          Bayman Coast Touring Australia accepts no responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property.<\/p>\n\n

          9. Photography & Promotional Use<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

          Guests are welcome to take photographs and videos during the tour for personal use.<\/p>\n\n

          Bayman Coast Touring Australia will use reasonable care and skill to provide a safe and enjoyable tour experience.<\/p>\n\n

          Bayman Coast Touring Australia accepts no liability for delays, cancellations, losses or inconvenience resulting from weather conditions, third-party service providers, government actions, force majeure events or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n

          Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).<\/p>\n\n

          11. Changes to These Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n
